VOICE UP COACHINGONE VOICE. ONE PERSON. ONE RAINDROP. ONE FUTURE.
The light begins within.
Voice Up creates pathways for voices to awaken, grow, become equipped and flow outward—through singing, artistry, teaching and community.
Five pathways. One movement.
Begin with the person in front of us. Honour who they are and their voice. Equip what is growing within them. Allow the change to continue through others. All Voice Up lessons and programs can be delivered online.
01 / SINGING LESSONS
Grow the voice that is already yours.
Holistic singing lessons meet each person where they are—building healthy technique, courage, expression and a sound that feels true.
“I’ve had other singing teachers before, but within two weeks with Carolyn I saw huge improvement.” — Amy

02 / SIX-WEEK COURSE
From Singer
to Artist.
For committed, experienced singers who have already done the training, are performing and gigging—and are ready to become the Artist the industry actually notices.
Develop your authentic Artist sound, commanding stage presence, vocal strengths, professional recording preparation, touring vocal understanding and the courage to stop playing small.
Your personalised Artist plan
Your songs shape the work.
Send your songs to Carolyn before you meet. Together, you will create a focused plan that may cover:
03 / YOUR VOICE MATTERS
A safe place for the voice to awaken again.
For organisations supporting groups of women and girls after abuse, Your Voice Matters uses singing to create gentle, trauma-aware spaces for courage, expression, belonging, hope, fun and joy.
Participants are never defined by what happened to them. Their dignity, agency, culture and voice remain at the centre.
“I am braver now when singing in English, and I want to learn more songs.” — Cambodia participant, Marici pilot evaluation
“Initial uncertainty changed into anticipation, with girls waiting for the next session.” — Marici staff observation, pilot report

04 / TWO DISTINCT TRAINING PATHWAYS
The voice becomes equipped.
Facilitator Training and Singing Teacher Training are separate choices. You do not need to become a Your Voice Matters facilitator before training as a singing teacher.
For women supporting the 12-week program within an organisation or community setting.
For new or experienced teachers who want to build their skills, teaching pathway and professional practice.
Where it is helpful, a facilitator may later choose to continue into Singing Teacher Training—but neither pathway depends on the other.
The wider vision is to equip women across different countries and languages to teach within their own cultures: creating meaningful businesses, choosing how and when they work, and bringing greater wellbeing, connection and mental-health support into their communities through singing teaching.
“The course enabled me to hone my teaching skills, think about the different teaching tiers and what I can offer students. I highly recommend it.” — Kerry
05 / GLOBAL COMMUNITY
Different voices connect.
Change keeps flowing.
A monthly Global CommUnity brings facilitators and singing teachers together for mentoring, ongoing learning, cultural exchange and encouragement. No teacher grows alone.

The Voice Up growth pathway
Courage comes before confidence.
A woman does not need confidence to begin. She needs courage. Confidence grows.
Voice
I discover my voice has value.
Courage
I choose to use my voice.
Capability
I learn, practise and develop skills.
Confidence
I begin to trust what I can do.
Leadership
What I have learned can serve another.
Multiplication
What began in me continues through others.
